Pricing

What is a credit?

A credit gives you one month (30 days) of access to a single vacancy. It includes everything - applications, email inbox, storage and management tools - with no subscriptions or hidden extras.

How long does a credit last?

Each credit lasts 30 days from the moment your vacancy goes live. You can extend it by adding another credit whenever you like.

Can I buy more than one credit at a time?

Yes. You can buy multiple credits to cover several vacancies, or stack them to keep one running for longer.

Do credits expire if I don't use them right away?

Credits remain valid for 12 months after purchase, so you can use them whenever you're ready to hire.

Vacancies

What happens when a credit runs out?

When a credit expires and you haven't added another, the vacancy is locked. You won't be able to view or manage it, and no new applications can be received. You can either apply another credit to restore full access, or use the 30-day export window to download your data.

Can I keep a vacancy running continuously or pause it?

Yes. Add another credit at any time to keep it rolling like a continuous vacancy. If it lapses, just apply a new credit to unlock it again; or leave it locked and use the 30-day export window for data download. When publishing a vacancy you can apply as many credits as you like to it.

Do you sell advertising?

We're focussed on the recruitment process so do not sell adverts, giving you the opportunity to be creative as you like in putting out the word. You can post your apply link or QR code image anywhere you like; social media, company websites, job boards, leaflets or signage in your business.

What's a CV Inbox?

CV Inboxes allow you to collect speculative applications when you have no immediate recruitment needs, or have flexible/seasonal requirements. They're a great place to curate your own talent pool. You can create as many inboxes as you like.

Users

Can my recruitment team access the same vacancy?

Yes. You can add as many admin or hiring users as you need - at no extra cost.

Do users have their own logins and permissions?

Yes. Each user has their own login and access level. This enables role-based visibility and makes restricted and confidential vacancies possible.

Applications & Data

Where are applications stored?

All data is securely stored in the UK on DigitalOcean servers and storage. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

How long are applications kept?

Each employer defines their own GDPR-compliant retention period. If no period is set, a default of 6 months applies. Regardless of the chosen period, if a vacancy expires Yay Monday automatically deletes all associated data after 30 days. If running a vacancy or inbox continuously, Yay Monday will automatically remove any data you no longer have permission to store. Employers are responsible for managing any data they've exported or stored elsewhere.

Can I export applications or data?

Yes. You can export your data at any time in Excel or JSON format - no fees and no restrictions. You can also export CVs, cover letters, purchase history and invoice PDFs. Once a vacancy expires, you'll have 30 days to export its associated data before it's permanently removed from Yay Monday.

Who owns the data?

You do. Employers are the data controllers; Yay Monday is the data processor. We never sell or use your data for any other purpose.

Privacy & Rights

Is Yay Monday GDPR compliant?

Yes. We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Data is stored securely in the UK/EEA and only processed on your behalf.

Can applicants request to have their data deleted?

Yes. Recruiters have a built-in "Right to be Forgotten" tool to delete individual applications safely and permanently.

What do I need to get started?

All you need is a web browser and an internet connection. Yay Monday's management tools currently work on desktop only.

Do I need training to use Yay Monday?

No. It's designed to be simple and intuitive. Everything is labelled clearly, with built-in help and tours for each screen to guide you through each step of the process. A demo vacancy is also provided to get acquainted with the process and interface, you can even apply to it!

Is support available if I need help?

Yes. You can reach us through the built-in support ticket system or by email. All support is UK-based, friendly and backed by quick-start guides and contextual help throughout the app.

Is Yay Monday an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)?

Yes. We're taking the "Eh?" out of ATS and making it as simple, cost effective and as powerful as can be. Just the tools you need for effective recruitment, none of the filler.
